- Taxes & Insurance: We do not specialize in these areas, but can point you in the direction of our trusted, expert contacts.

Property Design + Set-Up
Pricing varies based on needs
- General Design: Assist you in choosing your design aesthetic + help with purchasing furniture, decor, household essentials, etc.
- Property Improvements: Meet with you to analyze your property design and amenities and determine a plan to make your property stand out and earn more.
- Property Set-Up: We can help you with your property set-up, from assembling furniture and setting up every last detail for you to assisting you with the finishing touches to make sure everything comes together and your property is guest-ready.
- Guidebook + Infographics: We can create beautiful and informative guidebooks and infographics (custom for your property) with important information that guests will appreciate.
On-site consultation and set-up will require compensation for travel to/from the property, lodging (if not staying on-site), and meals.
Co-Hosting
We can help you in whatever way you need, whether you want us to handle the day-to-day operations of your short-term rental completely or help with certain tasks. We can help you establish an on-site team of cleaners, maintenance, lawn care, etc., and manage your property remotely.

Our property management fee is 15% of gross revenue. We currently manage properties in 7 different states and have an overall rating of 4.94/5 stars between Airbnb & VRBO.
